Am I a candidate for veneers?
If your teeth and gums are healthy (or can be made healthy) and your concerns are color, shape, wear, chips, or spacing — likely yes. Severe misalignment or unmanaged grinding may change the plan. Candidacy is confirmed by an exam, not a website. Veneers →
Will veneers look fake?
Badly designed ones do. Natural results come from layered translucent porcelain, shade-matching to your face, and design that respects natural tooth character. The best compliment our patients get is “you look great” — not “nice veneers.”
How many veneers do I need?
However many are visible when you smile — often 4–10. Some cases need two. We design in whole smiles, not sales quotas.
How do I know my smile will still look natural?
Preview it. Mockups and temporaries let you test-drive the design before it’s final.
What makes a smile masculine, feminine, youthful, or mature?
Edge shape, corner rounding, length ratios, and texture. Squared central incisors read stronger; rounded, slightly varied edges read softer; longer, brighter centrals read younger. This is exactly what smile design controls.
How do facial features affect smile design?
Lip line, face shape, skin tone, and even personality inform tooth proportion and shade. It’s why templates fail and design works.
Treatment questions
Do veneers hurt?
Most patients report little to no discomfort — preparation is conservative and anesthetized; temporaries protect teeth between visits.
How long do veneers last?
Commonly 10–15+ years with good hygiene, bite management, and night protection if you grind.
Can I whiten before veneers?
Yes — and you should. We whiten first, then match porcelain to your brightened shade.
Can clear aligners improve my smile without veneers?

What if my old crowns look fake?

What if my teeth are worn down?

What if I grind my teeth?
You can still have cosmetic work — with bite analysis first, durable material choices, and a night guard as part of the plan.

What if I have missing teeth?

Who is a candidate for All-on-X?
Determined by CBCT imaging, bone, gum health, bite, and medical history. Not by a quiz, not by a seminar.
Are implants better than dentures?
For function, bone preservation, and confidence — for most candidates, yes. They’re also a bigger investment. We’ll compare honestly for your case.

Does insurance cover cosmetic dentistry?
